Today’s Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Stretto di Messina Spa (“AGM”) approved the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, which reported a profit of €8.5 million. The same session of the AGM also re-elected Pietro Ciucci as Chief Executive Officer and elected Maurizio Basile Chairman. The members of the new Board of Directors and the new Board of Statutory Auditors, elected for the financial years 2026, 2027 and 2028, are as follows:

The AGM granted the Chief Executive Officer, Pietro Ciucci, all the powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration of the Company.

The shareholders, together with the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer, thanked the outgoing officers – the former Chairman, Giuseppe Recchi, the Director Giacomo Saccomano and the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Paola Noce – for their commitment and dedication.
