The purpose of this notice is to establish a List of Law Firms that may be appointed – pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 1 h) of Legislative Decree 36/2023 –  as legal counsel on behalf of Stretto di Messina SpA (hereinafter referred to as the “List”).

Registration on the List must be carried out via the IT platform made available by Stretto di Messina SpA, which can be accessed directly at: Portale gare d’appalto|Bandi e avvisi d’iscrizione (maggiolicloud.it).

Before registration, please read the Regulations regarding management of the List of Private Law Firms and appointment procedures, which can be found in the aforementioned section. The Regulations provide details of registration requirements and application procedures, as well as procedures relating to compilation and update of the List, and the selection and appointment processes.

Personal data provided by law firms will be processed in accordance with the Regulations.

EU 2016/679 (GDPR Regulation) and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as described in the Privacy Policy posted on the IT platform and on Stretto di Messina SpA’s corporate website.

Ms Paola Grassi, lawyer, is in charge of the procedure for establishment and management of the List.

Any communication or request for information regarding the List may only be sent via the appropriate function within the List (“New communication” function) posted on the IT platform.

Queries received via the IT platform, and the relevant replies, will be posted, in anonymous format, on Stretto di Messina SpA’s corporate website.
