All the forms of compensation available under the specific circumstances will be applied.
The forms of compensation will also include those for the owners of adjoining properties. This refers to owners whose properties, whilst not subject to a compulsory purchase order, are located close to the construction site and for which construction will result in a loss of right of way or a permanent loss of value that will eliminate or reduce their ability to exercise their property rights. Loss of light or sunlight will also be taken into account, as will noise pollution, vibrations, reduced amenity in terms of access, and reduced visual and environmental amenity.
