“We have decided to follow up the previous papers on mobility and logistics – which include analyses and proposals that are vital for making the National Recovery and Resilience Plan’s southern European mission effective – with a new paper on the Strait of Messina Bridge. This is the most delayed piece of infrastructure in the entire system of connections and links, often erroneously viewed on a stand-alone basis. The contributions contained here demonstrate this with new analyses, original research and further proposals.”
