style=\"color: #156fbf;\"><a style=\"color: #156fbf;\" href=\"\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/LEGGI-DL-2023-03-31-n35-salvato05_09_2023.pdf\"><strong>DL 35\/2023<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, che ha aggiornato e integrato la legge costitutiva <span style=\"color: #156fbf;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #156fbf;\" href=\"\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/LEGGI-Legge-1971-12-17-n1158-salvato14_06_2023.pdf\">n. 1158\/1971<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p><p>Le nuove norme hanno previsto adeguamenti sulla compagine azionaria, sulla governance,\u00a0sulla ripresa di efficacia della concessione affidata alla Societ\u00e0\u00a0nonch\u00e9 sul riavvio delle attivit\u00e0 progettuali.<\/p><p><strong>Il rapporto
