Nel primo caso il valore dell\u2019immobile si determina in base a precedenti compravendite registrate nel territorio, nel secondo caso in base alle rilevazioni di quotazioni di mercato come l\u2019OMI (Osservatorio del Mercato Immobiliare \u2013 Agenzie delle Entrate) e nel terzo caso mediante la capitalizzazione di tutti redditi che l\u2019immobile \u00e8 in grado di garantire al proprietario.
