ossia la particolare urgenza oppure il caso in cui i soggetti espropriati siano in un numero maggiore di 50 &#8211; di emanare un decreto motivato che disponga l\u2019immissione in possesso del bene rinviando a un secondo momento l\u2019acquisizione della propriet\u00e0. In questo caso \u00e8 dovuta al proprietario un\u2019indennit\u00e0 di occupazione temporanea il cui valore viene calcolato come previsto nell\u2019art. 49 del DPR 327\/2001, fino a quando non venga emanato il decreto di esproprio con il quale cessa l\u2019occupazione provvisoria e viene effettuato il pagamento dell\u2019indennit\u00e0 di espropriazione.
