Sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall\u2019espropriando e degli specifici sopralluoghi svolti dai tecnici dell\u2019autorit\u00e0 espropriante sar\u00e0 attivata la procedura finalizzata al raggiungimento di un accordo sulla determinazione dell\u2019indennit\u00e0.<br \/>Per i soli terreni, in caso di non condivisione dell\u2019indennit\u00e0, potr\u00e0 essere avviata la procedura di occupazione di urgenza ai sensi dell\u2019art. 22 bis, previo deposito dell\u2019indennit\u00e0 provvisoria determinata dall\u2019autorit\u00e0 espropriante. In generale, nel caso di non concordamento, l\u2019espropriando potr\u00e0 avvalersi della determinazione dell\u2019indennit\u00e0 da parte di una terna arbitrale composta da tecnici. Sia il soggetto espropriando che l\u2019autorit\u00e0 espropriante possono in ogni caso, dopo la determinazione dell\u2019indennit\u00e0 da parte della terna, richiedere la definitiva valutazione
