Oltre alla Direzione Tecnica della Societ\u00e0, ha coinvolto la Parsons Transportation Group in qualit\u00e0 di Project Management Consultant e un Expert Panel quale Organo a supporto per le attivit\u00e0 tecnico-specialistiche di Alta Sorveglianza, composto da quattro massimi rappresentanti nelle discipline di aerodinamica-aeroelastica, sismica, geotecnica e ambiente. La Societ\u00e0 ha inoltre acquisito dal Comitato Scientifico il parere favorevole con raccomandazioni sulla Relazione.
