accessibilit\u00e0 dell\u2019opera per consentire un ottimale inserimento del Ponte e dei suoi collegamenti nel contesto urbano ed ambientale;<br \/>&#8211; ambiente circostante, con particolare riferimento alla morfologia dell\u2019area;<br \/>&#8211;
