From the beginning of September, Stretto di Messina will continue its efforts to respond to the demands that emerged during the Environmental Impact Assessment procedure and the Services Conference.\u00a0 The aim, as we have often pointed out, is to obtain approval of the final design and the Financial Plan from the Interministerial Committee for Economic Planning and Sustainable Development (<em>CIPESS<\/em>)\u00a0 by the end of the year, thereby moving on to the construction phase.<\/p><p><!-- \/wp:paragraph
