Based on the information provided by the acquirer and specific surveys conducted by the acquiring authority\u2019s experts, this will be followed by the procedure for reaching agreement on the compensation to be paid.<br \/>In the case of land alone, if no agreement on compensation is reached, the urgent occupation procedure provided for in art. 22-<em>bis<\/em> may be activated, following prior payment of provisional compensation by the acquiring authority. In general, in the absence of an agreement, the acquirer may request the intervention of an arbitration panel of experts to set the level of compensation.
