<a href=\"https:\/\/strettodimessina.it\/web\/data\/2024\/OneDrive_1_31-5-2024\/Convenzione%20di%20Concessione%2030.12.2003%20MIT%20con%20allegati.pdf\">Concession Agreement of 30 December 2003 and annexes<\/a><br \/>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/strettodimessina.it\/web\/data\/2024\/OneDrive_1_31-5-2024\/I%C2%B0%20Atto%20Agg.%2025%20feb%202004%20con%20allegati.pdf\">First Addendum of 25 February 2004 and annexes<\/a><br \/>&#8211;
